Hummel-DEE-DEE and Brother
and
Piggy-Porker-Packer Steiff-EE
live in a small German Village
in Missouri
in a house named CADY Cottage
with their adoring people-parents
Jack and Chris!

Hummel-DEE-DEE
looks like he belongs in a
Berta Hummel figurine scene.

Piggy-Porker-Packer-Steiff-EE
looks like a German Teddy Bear Toy.

At CADY Cottage,

Life can be "As It Should Be"
where the rule is
"HAVE FUN EVERY DAy"!
It is a DECREE:
by people-person DADDY JACK!

Bark, Barky, Woof, Woo-woo-woo to YOU!
from YOUR Scottie Boy Friends!

Are YOU
like Steiff-EE?

Are YOU
like I am,
Hummel
DEE DEE?

Do YOU
Share?

Would YOU
want your
friend
to share
with YOU?

What if YOU
choose NOT
to share?

How do YOU
feel inside
when YOU
treat others
the way
YOU would  like
to be treated?

The CHOICE
is
YOURS!

YOU must
Decide!!

Our Mom and Dad are Cooks!
One day, they took us to Schnuck's.   [A grocery store]
In they went; out they came
With Black Forest ham
And yummy Swiss cheese
All wrapped and bagged to go!

On we went to SAM's, yet another store!
ARGHH!  ARGHH!
In they went and stayed awhile.
OH, Hooray!  Hooray!

Out they came!  Again! with More!
Oh, what surprise were they in FOR!

For, while they were away

Steiff-EE CADY
The Dashboard is only
the stretch of a paw
away!

A-hunting Steiff-EE went,
tearing open the bag,
he devoured the Black Forest ham
and yummy Swiss cheese
with incredible speed!

??????????????????????????????????
How did their people-parents know?
I heard Daddy Jack say,
"Oh, Chris,
Steiff--EE's breath gave him away"!

The story they tell
They've named
"The Adventures of Ham and Cheese Breath
Bad Boy Steiff--EE!

I ask YOU,
"Shouldn't brother Steiff-EE
Have shared with ME--
his brother
Hummel DEE-DEE !

??????????????????????????????

YOU must decide!

???????????????????????????????

On yet another day,
Again we went upon our way.
Our mom, our dad
my brother Steiff-EE.
And I, Hummel DEE DEE.

Down the highway fled we,
The CADY family Picnic!
Oh, what a Hoot!
Our dad had prepared 3 dozen brats
And packed them in a covered dish.

The day sped fast
The picnic passed !
Time to go our way at last!

Halfway home,
We pulled to a top !
Coffee break time!

Out, they stepped,
Locked the door,
And,
Left us alone!

No sooner gone,
Than brother Steiff-EE
Broke open the cover
To the leftover brats!

Gobble!  Gobble!  Gobble!
One after another!
He ate and ate and ate!

I observed!
Awaiting my turn!
And, licking my puppy-boy lips!

But, alas, NO brats for me!
All twelve GONE!
Oh, ratty rat RATS!!!

Our parents returned.
"Oh, Hummel DEE DEE
And Piggy Porker Packer STeiff-EE
Have been at it again!
Can't you see?"!!!

"I'm INNOCENT!
I am, I AM!
But, Steiff-EE is guilty as charged.

I ask you,
"Shouldn't Steiff-EE
Have shared with me--
Brother Hummel DEE DEE?"!

????????????????????????????????????

You Must Decide!

????????????????????????????????????

One sunny summer day,
in they went to Dean and DeLuca,
A gourmet shop--
A shop our people-parents LOVE
And often go to buy
Delicious treats, meats, and seafood fare!

Forever later,
Out they came with a small,
Sweet-smelling bag.

Far up on the car's dashboard,
It safely went,
On the driver's side,
Tucked way far, FAR away.

I heard them say,
"The boys won't get these tarts!
Huh, uh, no way"!

We drove awhile:
The fragrance lingered!
At yet another shop--
Then--did we stop!

Left alone,
His determination spurred him!
The steering wheel did not deter him!
On back legs perched,
Steiff-EE stretched
And stretched and STRETCHED . . .
His right front paw and hooked the sack!

Rustle, rustle!
Crinkle, crinkle!
The tart uncovered,
Steiff-EE began to lick!
And, did he share?

Of Course, NOT!

Surprise!  Surprise!
NOT!

But, one fact sure,
the crumbs around his lips
And none on mine
Told of his singular crime!
At last, I was known INNOCENT
THIS Time!

Once more,
I ask you!

"Should Steiff-EE
Have shared with me,
Brother Hummel DEE DEE?"!

????????????????????????????????????
YOU Must Decide!
