Cancellation Policy:
If you reserve with us, we refuse other offers to stay in our very private cottage. We reserve your room with one of four major credit cards. In good faith, we expect you will keep your date(s) with us because we plan for your stay in every way with an immaculately clean cottage and linens, a gallery of art, homemade dessert(s), and countless amenities.
If you do not give us a full (7) seven-day cancellation notice, we will charge you for one full night + 7.85% state tax + 3% Hermann tourism tax. If you give us the required notice, we will try to rebook your date(s) and charge you a $25.00 processing fee.
